Joshua Magua Kiboi

Joshua is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya, a Commissioner for Oaths, a Notaries Public & a Certified Secretary. He is also an accredited governance auditor, an arbitrator, and a certified mediator. He has enjoyed an illustrious career in corporate-commercial practice and has gained invaluable insight into corporate and commercial law, including business start-ups, corporate governance, legal compliance, and forensic audits. He is a member of the Institute of Certified Secretaries and the Law Society of Kenya.
Kendy Mbatha
Advocate | Certified Legal Auditor
Kendy is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya, a Commissioner for Oaths, and a Notaries Public. She is also a Certified Legal Auditor. She has over the years gained experience in Company Secretarial Services, Legal and Governance Audits, as well as Corporate Governance. She is a member of the Law Society of Kenya.
Irene Njeri Kinyanjui
Advocate | Certified Mediator
Irene is an Advocate whose keen interest lies in Corporate and Commercial Practice and Alternative Dispute Resolution. She is a Certified Professional Mediator. She is instrumental in company secretarial services as she has assisted many startups, both businesses and companies, to register their businesses and also restructure. She also assists in corporate services support and legal advisory services. She is a member of the Law Society of Kenya & Mediation Training Institute East Africa (MTI).
